The Incident
On the morning of August 29th, 2025, The Madlid Company was sued by Mr. Henner. Shortly after we became aware of a collapse of lid integrity at several sites.
The event — now referred to internally as The Incident — revealed that infant units were not only at risk, but visibly unwell.
Stills obtained through our monitoring infrastructure document the scale of disorder:
A unit in flight from the circumference. Motion blur indicates urgency.
Multiple units suspended within the lid chamber, destabilized.
Fluid displacement and overflow. A head framed by steel, issuing excess.
Congregation at the base, indistinct but undeniable.
One alone, gazing upward, awaiting relief.
A unit submerged as liquid descends.
A dispersal event. Infant units pressed outward, leaving containment.
The rim contested. Units gathered in resistance.
Following the release of these images, The Madlid Company authorized the formation of a Task Force.
The Task Force operates under the oversight of Dr. Leonard Vesk, with Franklin D. Snerd (counsel, bedridden) and Harold Q. Snerd (father, provisional deputy).
The Madlid Company said:
The Madlid Company acknowledges the severity of The Incident.
No attempt will be made to minimize the distress recorded.
At the same time, operations will continue.Lids will function. Babies will be carried.
The record should reflect both.
Respectfully submitted.
